Hello everyone, what do you think has happened in these photos? Get creative and inventive and describe what has just happened. It can be funny, serious, silly… anything really, as long as it is interesting and written well. Think about using adverbs, adjectives, similes, metaphors etc. and make sure you use a wide variety of punctuation.
I will keep posting writing and maths challenges while you are at home – and even some Technology ones. Stay positive and take care of each other!

Hi – Ainoa, hope you and your family are well. If I was you I would type your little tory/description into something like Pages, then you can use spell check etc. Then copy and paste it here into the blog, kind of like you have with this comment. Hope you have a lovely day too.

In the first image a lizard is stuck in a branch, as towering as the Empire State. After a while, a tiny lizard dashed to rescue the other lizard therefore it climbs the branches and when the tiny lizard arrived it noticed parachute, he got to fly down, descended to the the floor like a wet leave. The tiny lizard didn’t have a plan B…
In the second image a miniature ant tip toes in a cup and the cup has a fragile top. Suddenly, the top began to crack. Quickly, the ant calls the 112 and a helicopter launches and the ant gets hold in a rope from the helicopter. I am saved! she screamed cheerfully.

I think that in the 1 picture there are a amazing lizard helping another smaller lizard and the lizard that is in the branch he is a hero.
In addition the other photo it is like an add that because the helicopter is very far and the ant is small they are like the same size in the cup.

I think that the little ant was trying to escape because one human wanted him , but is not only that , the ant was very special she can transform a little piece of plastic into a phone . Well, he was trying to escape but there was no way .
“In a plastic bottle ? Really ?” He said furiously. Until…he…recognized that he can transform plastic into phone and he was trapped in plastic . So he bit a little piece of plastic and with his special , tiny hands …that little piece of plastic was transformed into a phone!!! WOW! Now he would phone call the ants police and they would come…the helicopter rescued him.

So the photo with the lizards is showing absolute kindness, empathy and perseverance for helping each other. Normally, when someone sees a problem or that he is falling they ignore it. But now they help and everything is okay. In the second one it’s kind of the same. There are two helicopters that were asked to help someone and with the cup it’s showing that it is a deep journey. But the helicopters (the people inside them) are not giving up. The two photos are showing empathy and perseverance. I hope you liked my response!

I think that the lizard it’s saving his friend’s life from a furious, huge lion.
It seems that the two lizards are doing an acrobatic dance with their tiny hands.It reminds me of perseverance never give up try, try and try.
The nature always teach us how to survive.If one of my friends

I think that there were two lizards.They were searching for exotic food. They scaled up a branch to gaze at their food. Rapidly their prey tried to escape BUT one of the lizards hoped to grab it…
HE FELL !!! The other lizard noticed and rapidly snatched his friend and finally helped his friend get back up.

BABY LIZARD IN DANGER!!!
On a warm morning, two emerald green lizards -a mother and her baby- were walking through their marvellous forest searching for delicious food. Suddenly they saw something which attracted their attention. A strange thing sparkled like a diamond, on a branch of a very high tree … It was a fabulous-looking fruit! Without thinking it twice, the baby dashed towards it. All of a sudden, when rushing at the height towards the fruit, the baby slipped, but his mum as a fast a flash saved him heroically by catching him on the fly. After a while, once both recovered from the scare, they walked calmly to their house and ate the marvellous fruit.

I think that in the first photo is that the lizard at the top is helping the other one because, the one at the bottom has fallen because of the rain, (last night rained a lot) so it was all wet.
In the second photo, the minuscule ant was playing on a cup, and suddenly the cup began to get higher , higher and higher. The little ant was wondering why it began to get higher. Rapidly, the little ant turned around so she could see what was happening and… A HUMAN WAS GOING TO DRINK!!!!!! And the ant was going to be devoured by the human. So the ant thought for a moment, and she looked at the sky and suddenly a tremendous helicopter was flying above her so the minuscule ant began to shout: HELP, HELP, I NEED HELP PLEASE!! So the helicopter heard some voices and landed on the nose of the strange human and saved the ant.

I think that in the first image a lizard is in a broken and thin branch but he didn’t realized it was broken. As he marched, the branch started braking and the lizard almost fell but then Super Lizard came and hold his hand. He was a hero!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the first picture it’s a lizard trying to find some food and then the other lizard went running because there was a tasty mosquito. So in accident the lizard pushed the lizard so then as effect of pushing him the lizard fellow the branch.

a ant trying to get off the cup because it has water in it, so he is going to die so the helicopter went there to the rescue.

In the first picture ,it rained and the lizards were hiding .But the small brother( lizard)said that he was going to look for food.The family said no to him but at midnight he went running to the tallest branch .When he reached there (because there are lots of food )he noticed that the leaf was very wet. He took another step and he was going to fall! In the blink of an eye, his big brother saved him! And the small one said, ‘And why did you save me?’, and he said ‘Because for that reason, big brothers exist…’.

The precious ant lived under ground .But one day he did something,something strange something that he couldn’t find under ground that was a plastic cup.It was the first time he went out to the surface!but he imagined it different with loads of plants and animals, but no there were a little small amount of plants and loads and loads of plastic on the floor, so he climbed to the top of the cup and saw a helicopter and when he came home he said to the family two things, the first is that there were also something called persons on earth and the second one that the “persons” are deforestation the plant and we needed to do something in respect. THE END.

Hi Teresa – great!!! Make sure any videos are in your photos (used to be camera roll) and then send it to the folder in your student Google Drive (It’s called ‘Work for the blog’).
