This is the last in the current series of food waste videos from Ms Robleh, which focuses on why it’s important to eat food for our bodies, rather than throw it away. It explains why we need a varied diet and why fruit and veg are so important. At the end, it shows you the beautiful stickers you will get if you eat all your vegetables in the dining room, which have been created by some of the winning posters from last year’s healthy eating week competition!
